Introduction to Self-Care for Resilience Virtual Training

Please Join MHF and MN Peacebuilding Leadership Institute for a training on Self-Care for Resilience: Training for Practice in Everyday Life. 

When terrible things happen and our peace is stolen from us, most people want to build peace into our lives and communities. Join us to learn, explore, and apply strategies to build peace into our personal and community lives with simple, free self-care practices for resilience.

Training objectives:

1. Learn the definitions and purpose of resilience and self-care.

2. Learn resilience and self -care research and how it applies to everyday life.

3. Learn strategies for self-care to build resilience.

4. Consider how to apply strategies self-care for resilience in everyday life.

Training Facilitator: Donna Minter, PhD, LP, Certified STAR Trainer, USA and International Experience, Neuropsychologist, Clinical Psychologist, and Forensic Psychology Examiner, Founder, Minnesota Peacebuilding Leadership Institute, and a Mennonite Healthcare Fellowship board director. 

 

This is a pay-what-you-can training to support continued partnership between Minnesota Peacebuilding Leadership Institute and MHF.
