Mennonite Healthcare Fellowship Annual Gathering 2016

Below is a registration form for the Mennonite Healthcare Fellowship (MHF) Annual Gathering to be held June 17-19, 2016 at the YMCA of the Rockies, Estes Park, Colorado.  

When you are finished filling out the form below, go back to the Registration Page and proceed to Step 2, Payment for Registration.

Reserving Lodging and Meals is Step 3.  Meals and Lodging come in a package offered directly by the YMCA of the Rockies.  These reservations must be made by April 15 in order to guarantee the availability of rooms blocked for MHF.  Register online or call 888-612-9622 and refer to Mennonite Healthcare Fellowship, reservation #526464.
